Salad Burnett

Bought from the long in the tooth new age hippy nursery guy in Bathurst with Parkinsons, who was selling up and heading back to the UK for better medical attention.

Don't know what it's good for yet, but it's quite attractive and fits nicely into a tyre:

In the background is some flourishing Oreganum, and on the left some sort of exotic Rosemary, both from the same guy in Bathurst.

I've tried putting it in a salad, and, while edible, it's unmemorably furry tasting.
